Jay Fluent, Principal and Certified Coach, has over 15 years of corporate human resources and business experience and a passion for advancing people's careers. After completing his own Discovery process, Mr. Fluent left the corporate world to fulfill his own True Calling™ by helping others develop or enhance their careers. In addition to coaching executives, corporate employees and clients of all types, Mr. Fluent develops internal and client-specific training programs. He is certified as a facilitator in several methodologies along with certifications in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and as a Strengthfinder practitioner. His passion extends to history, family and wines. An avid runner and fitness nut, Jay and his wife enjoy cheering on the CU Buffaloes whenever they're at home.
