Nathan Teegarden, President
Nathan is the founder of Dynimus and the creator of the Dynimus Discovery Methodology. He has a passion for anything to do with careers and being your best. His more than 20 years of national and international business experience includes stints with SmithKline Beecham, Penn Athletics, Adecco and ISL Worldwide before going out on his own. His energetic approach to life extends to family-a wife and three young children-friends and fitness, laced with healthy doses of fun. Jay Fluent, Consultant
Jay starts each day energized because he has the opportunity to apply his skills, passions and strengths to advance people's careers. Jay's clients benefit from his 15 years in corporate human resources with two Fortune 500 companies-Hyatt Hotels and Equity Office Properties-before joining Dynimus. When he's not helping people solve their career problems, you can often find Jay cheering on his alma mater, the CU Buffaloes, with his wife, family or friends. Jay starts most days with an early morning run or a raquetball game. Lucia Krummenacher, Operations
Lucia, like most mothers worldwide, jump starts her day with a very real dose of logistics and operations management, preparing and outfitting three children for school.
She then brings her gifts in operations and event management to the office where she oversees all Operations, Events and Project Management. She earned her experience through many years of managing international sports marketing events on three continents for ISL Worldwide.
Her experience includes World Cup Soccer and International Track and Field Championship events where she was in charge of managing customer service relationships for Coca-Cola, Gillette, Mars, GM and other official sponsors.
Her successful large scale project management and operations experience translates to her talent in effectively managing operational details, marketing consistency and complex customer relationships. She is fluent in English, German, Swiss German and proficient in French.
Lucia is married and passionate about her family, decorating and interior design, reading, skiing and golf.

Dr. Richard Franklin, Executive Consultant
Dick's passion is in applying his extensive business experience (For-Profit and Non-Profit) to assist professionals in maneuvering through the often chaotic quagmire of career choices with real world strength based scenarios. His experience includes strategic planning, visioning, marketing, and creative positioning for optimal competitive advantage and long term growth.
A proven executive who has held the position of CEO, COO, CMO and CSO across six different companies ranging from Multi-Billion Dollar businesses to I.T. start-ups; he has dealt with most conceivable business challenges from iconic competitors to global launches, re-branding, celebrity spoke persons and product line extensions.
He is passionate about eco-strategies and environmental awareness as well, and believes that true success means maximizing one's abilities and passions with the right career choice while also driving sustainable business modeling to help your self actualization soar even higher.
Dick is married, his daughter Missy is a nationally ranked swimmer and he is an avid reader and scuba diver. His personal business philosophy as articulated by Wayne Gretsky: "Skate to where the puck will be!"
